A positive attitude is the basic requirement for the resilient disposition of an individual. Experience tells us that, the only difference between a good day and a bad day is our ATTITUDE!

According to psychologists, positive mental health is not just the absence of mental health problems. It indicates the emotional well-being of an individual which enables  her/him cope better with life. Some individuals are unable to maintain a  positive attitude consistently which affects them psychologically and physically. When individuals do not succeed in sorting out their issues/problems, counselling would empower them to handle their lives better.

Anchor Self-Help Access (ASHA) strives to help people to empower themselves through various services offered- Counselling, Group Therapy, Workshops, and Awareness Programmes.
